Azure Global Network Services （以下、「当社」）は、関係各位よりお預かりしている個人情報につき、以下の基本方針に従い、適切かつ厳重な管理及び保護を行います。
1 当社は、個人情報保護法、および関連するその他の法令及び規範を遵守いたします。
2 当社は、個人情報を取得、保有、使用、開示する場合その利用目的を明確にし、予めお知らせいたします。
3 当社は、個人情報のデータ管理において、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改竄、漏洩などに対する万全のセキュリティ対策を講じ保護いたします。
4 当社は、正当な理由のある場合、又はご本人の同意を得る場合を除いて個人情報を第三者に開示または提供いたしません。
5 当社は、ご本人から個人情報の確認、訂正、消去などの申し出があった場合、速やかに適切な対応をさせて頂きます。
Privacy Policy
In recognition of the importance of personal information, Azure Global Network Services (hereinafter referred to as “we”) complies with the following Personal Information Protection Policy. We intend to do our best to protect our customers’ personal information by ensuring that all of us comply with this Policy.
1 We strictly observe the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws and regulations.
2 We properly acquire, maintain, utilize and disclose personal data. We will notify and/or disclose the purpose of such personal information to customers.
3 We strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, loss, damage, alteration and/or leakage of the personal data and continually enhance and remediate information security management.
4 We do not disclose or provide personal data provided by customers to third parties except with a legitimate reason and/or permission from customers.
5 We respond to inquiries from customers concerning personal data or requests from customers for disclosure, correction and/or erasure of personal data sincerely and without delay.
