タイガース王国である関西生まれの私は、物心ついた時からすっかり虎党になっていました。
I was born and grew up in the Kansai Area, the Tigers' Kingdom. Therefore I have been a Tigers fan naturally as long as I can remember.
タイガースの試合結果によって親の機嫌が大きく違う為、子供の頃はタイガースの勝利を真剣に祈りました。
The results of the Tigers games had a great influence on my parents' mood, so when I was a child, I seriously prayed for the Tigers to win.
特に母は熱狂的なタイガースファンで、身重の体で球場に通うのが大変で、甲子園球場の近くへ引っ越したほどです。
My mother is specially wild about the Tigers. Even when she was pregnant, she often went to the Koshien Baseball Stadium. Eventually she even moved near the Stadium.
結婚した相手も生粋のタイガースファンでした。夫は甲子園球場のすぐ近くで生まれ育ち、六甲颪を子守唄に育ちました。
I got married to a genuine Tigers fan. My husband was born and raised near Koshien Stadium. ROKKOU OROSHI(Tigers' anthem) was his lullaby.
その上、舅はタイガース球団と関係の深い仕事をしていました。
In addition, his father worked for the company which had much to do with Tigers Baseball Team
姑は８０歳を超えても球場に足を運ぶほどです。 タイガースの黄金時代も、暗黒時代も知り尽くしています。
His mother goes and sees baseball games at the Koshien Stadium even though she is over 80 years old. She knows well both the Tigers Golden Ages and the Tigers Dark Ages.
そんな環境の中、息子は当然ながらタイガース一筋です。 手にはメガホンを持ち、鉢巻、法被姿でタイガースを応援します。
In such an environment, it is natural that my son came to love the Tigers. He supports the Tigers, holding megaphones and wearing a headband and a happi coat.
